Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@chicstylex.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide you with next steps.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, beauty tools, intimate wear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
